You can delete everything yourself, at once, in the App. No waiting and no questions asked.

Delete the whole family account

1. Open Kid & Kid and tap Parents on the "Who is playing?" screen. Type your password to open the parent area.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type your password once more and tap Delete for good.

The account is deleted at once, with everything in it: your email address and password hash, every kid profile (nickname, picture, age, PIN), all scores, levels, pets and other saved play, the play time, your limits and the coin history. A monthly club is cancelled too. We send one last email to confirm it. The data disappears from our backups within 90 days.

Deleting cannot be undone: coins and progress are gone for good. If you ever paid for coins, the payment record stays for the years the tax rules ask for (see the privacy policy); it holds no name and no email address.

Delete one child's profile

1. Open the parent area as above.
2. Tap Edit next to the child and then Delete.

The profile and everything the child played are deleted at once. The family's coins stay.

Only want a fresh start in some games? Reset games in the same place clears the scores and saved play of the games you pick and keeps the profile.

I cannot sign in any more

First try Forgot the password? on the sign-in screen: we mail you a code to set a new one. If that does not work:

1. Send an email to contact@ariamax.nl from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Kid & Kid account".
2. We may write back once to make sure the request really comes from you.
3. Within 30 days we delete the account and everything in it, as described above.

I only want part of it changed

Want a copy of your family's data, or something corrected that you cannot change in the parent area? Write to the same address. The privacy policy lists everything we store.
